What if it rains on my event?

Having a secondary location planned out inside a home or garage is best during winter! However, if one is not available then we do fully refund deposit. This policy also extends to extreme heat at our discretion. 

Do you require a deposit?

We require a $75 security deposit and agreement to be signed. The deposit is not part of your total as it is refunded after your event. It is held in the event of damages or missing items. We can only hold reservations for 48 hours pending deposit.

How and when do I pay?

We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, or Zelle! Payment is due at arrival for setup.

Do I need to tip?

Gratituity is not required, however our drivers are allowed to accept them! They can also come in the form of tacos. You know, men love food.

Play Area Rules & Guidelines

We do not allow:

-Food/ Drinks

-Slime Markers/ Stickers/ Face paint

-Shoes. Barefoot or socks only. (Moms- please remove high heels) -Equipment off the mats

-Water Play

We also can only setup on grass, cement, or indoors. We cannot setup on dirt, gravel, asphalt, sand regardless of a tarp being provided. Play are is for those ages 0-5, but everyone is encouraged in to play with the little ones! We just ask if you're over the age of 5, please do not sit or climb on equipment.
